Are you passionate about labour relations and want to act as a manager-expert with a team of employee relations advisors? Are you recognized for your leadership, judgment and ability to manage complex cases? Our Employee Relations team is looking for its Manager
**Specifically, your responsibility will be to**:
- Supervise the Canadian team of 8 advisors and guide them in their practice
- Coordinate the service delivery
- Manage team demands, priorities and capacity
- Act as a resource person for partners and team members
- Ensure consistency of the practice
- Develop advisors in their advisory role to managers
- Manage high-complex files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and directives relating to employee relations
- Support large-scale reorganization and transformation projects
- Collaborate with the other expertise of the human resources department in the management of transversal files
- Ensure alignment with organizational culture, policies and best practices
- Take charge of projects affecting the employee relations team
- Offer human resources consulting services in crisis management situations

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or Industrial Relations, or any other relevant training
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in human resources, ideally in industrial relations, labour relations or labour law
- Excellent Language skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French colleagues and internal/external partners across Canada
