TEAM 2000 REALTY Inc., Brokerage is seeking a friendly and professional Model Home Host/Attendant to represent our stunning new model home and serve as the face of our New Home Sales Office, specifically in Stratford.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors to the model home with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Engage with guests and provide information about the property in an engaging and informative manner
- Manage guest registry cards, ensuring they are accurately filled out and submitted to the sales office daily
- Maintain an organized and clean environment in the model home
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, showing energy and enthusiasm
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team
- Strong presentation skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Punctual, professional, and courteous, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required

**Schedule**:

- Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- This position requires weekend availability, with additional hours potentially available based on the model home needs
