**Cheshire Independent Living Services is looking for Personal Attendants**

**Compensation**:
Starting pay rate of $25.43 per hour for direct service hours and $22.43 for non-direct services hours (e.g. travel and development time) less applicable statutory deductions PLUS Compensation for mileage and travel time.

**Training**:
Cheshire offers on the job training for Personal Attendants.

Development opportunities, such as, Emergency First Aid and CPR (re)certification are also provided by Cheshire.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of others, every day.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- A valid Canadian Driver’s License and have regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid automobile insurance with liability coverage
- Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends and understand the nature of our work and the importance of good attendance and reliability

**PSW ROS Program**: Please note that Cheshire is approved under the new PSW Return of Service (ROS) Incentive, which allows eligible full-time staff who completed their PSW course on or after April 1st, 2023 to receive compensation of up to **$10,000 **through Ontario Health.
