Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
- Provide quotes and sell/upsell new policies to clients
- Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to pursue insurance license coursework and successfully complete Level 1 general insurance exam, with financial support upon hire
- 2+ years of customer service experience and/or other related experience
- Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
