As the **Claims and Loss Prevention Administrator**, you can play a key role in fulfilling this commitment.

Reporting to the Manager, Claims & Loss Prevention, your **key responsibilities** include:

- Managing departmental communications and inquiries.
- Distributing incoming claims.
- Ensuring data quality.
- Overseeing administrative processes and team workflows.
- Compiling and reporting data to the Manager.
- Providing backup support for phone and reception duties.
- Testing and training on new system functionalities.
- Participating in project work
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field is a strong asset.
- Experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
