We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Coding Instructors** to join our team and help students discover the exciting world of technology and programming

**Position Overview**

As a Coding Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering a dynamic and structured coding program designed to teach children the fundamentals of programming and computational thinking. Through hands-on lessons, you’ll guide students in learning Python, working with Raspberry Pi, and building exciting projects like LED controllers, games, and more.

You’ll create an environment where students feel motivated and confident, helping them develop both technical skills and a love for coding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and interactive coding classes based on our structured curriculum.
- Teach programming fundamentals, such as loops, functions, and data structures, using Python and Raspberry Pi.
- Facilitate hands-on activities, including working with LEDs, buttons, and sensors.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.
- Participate in instructor training sessions to stay up-to-date with the curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming; familiarity with Raspberry Pi is an asset.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners and make lessons engaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for coding and education.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an asset but not required.
- Availability to work weekday evenings and/or weekends, depending on class schedules.
