**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Garden Associate **with Gardening Experience** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their gardening needs. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the garden center's appearance and ensuring that our products are well-stocked and organized. This position is ideal for individuals who have a love for plants and gardening, along with strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, and landscape maintenance products.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, garden design, and landscaping techniques.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Engage with customers to understand their gardening needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
- Contribute to e-commerce initiatives by helping manage online orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Experience with retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- A genuine interest in gardening, plants, and horticulture is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
