**Overview**

**Duties**
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction.
- Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and leadership qualities are required.
- Proficient computer skills for classroom operation and documentation purposes.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
