**Overview**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, replace, and service hot water tanks in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and hot water tank issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding installation procedures, timelines, and pricing.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Keep accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment used.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in hot water tank installations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in plumbing and hot water tank installation.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant plumbing certification or apprenticeship is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and materials.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Additional pay:
