Position Title**:Treatment Plan Coordinator**

Reports to: Senior Finance Coordinator

**Position Summary**

The Treatment Plan Coordinator’s main duty is to ensure prompt, timely and accurate creation, and submission of clinical treatment plans on behalf of the Brainworks clinical staff and external professionals involved on a file for Brainworks clients. The Treatment Plan Coordinator may also be asked to perform a variety of administrative duties in support of managerial and professional employees.

Providing these duties in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that operations at Brainworks are maintained and run as efficiently as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare treatment plans for submission to insurance companies via HCAI;
- Promptly respond to requests from clinical staff;
- Coordinate with all individuals involved in the clients’ treatment and on the treatment plan as required;
- Set up treatment plan for review by signing Health Practitioner (HP); make edits as needed; ensure HP and client has signed off on plan before submission;
- Ensure client Management folders in SkeduleX are maintained with all submitted treatment plans;
- Track treatment plan submission and approval date; notify clinical and administrative staff as required;
- Ensure Administrative Assistant is sending out a copy of the treatment plan within three days of submission;
- Be the internal consultant on all matters relating to treatment plans;
- Contact adjusters on behalf of clinicians when a plan has been partially approved or denied and the decision should be overturned
- Adhere to all necessary FSCO licensing policies as they relate to the Senior Treatment Plan Coordinator position;

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Secondary school is required, a college diploma in business or office administration or related field is preferred;
- Three to five years’ experience in Office Administration or in a similar position;
- Knowledge of FSCO licensing, SABS and WSIB legislation is an asset;

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
