Treatwell Pet Care and the Mobile Veterinary Services of Ottawa are looking to add a key team member to our very unique veterinary practice. **We provide high-quality in-home veterinary care while leveraging digital communication technology to get pets and pet-parents the care they need**:
We are looking to hire someone with excellent people skills and emotional intelligence to be the first point of contact for our clients.
- You’ll be in charge of keeping the office clean and organized (with assistance from our regular cleaning service). Staying organized is critical to keep our road teams running efficiently
- Our office is the hub for our shipping and receiving of pet foods and medications. You’ll play a key role in ordering the materials, and preparing them to send out via courier.
- We are currently developing custom software that combines our e-commerce site with our medical records. Some duties would relate to data entry, and help in deciding how best to customize this software to make your job easier.
- Other miscellaneous duties would include some cleaning and helping with processing orders/products.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a veterinary Customer Service Representative or receptionist
- Positive attitude and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
