Our award-winning services have made us a leader in our industry and our talented team helps us achieve excellence in our work. **Pay**: - $27-35 per hour. - Benefits after 3 months. - Company-matching RRSP program available after one-year employment. **Key Duties include**: - Managing a crew of 3-5 people. - Daily management of residential construction projects. - Drive company truck and trailer. - Installation of natural stone (flag, armor, etc). - Installation of interlock paving stone. - Installation of precast pavers and retaining walls. - Ability to dig holes (when needed), place soils, plant trees, and shrubs, etc. **Job Requirements**: - A valid "G" Driver's License and a Clean Driver's Abstract are required. - Minimum of 5 years field experience and 3 years crew management. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. - Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices. - Meet with subcontractors and supervise quality, efficiency, and deadlines. - Ability to work long hours and the occasional Saturday.
