We offer **Level Bonuses** and a **Salary Top-Up Plan** for all Apprentices **Level Bonuses**: - Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level - Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus **Salary Top-Up Plan**: - Receive support to ease your financial burdens during each apprenticeship block - Salary Top-Up Plan, provides a percentage of previous hourly rate while off work attending your block **Qualifications**: - Passionate about the automotive industry - Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude - Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills - Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract - Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License **Responsibilities**: - Inspect, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required - Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications - Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements - Diagnose faults and confirm findings with supervisor - Complete reports to record problems and work performed - Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven.
