Job Overview:
We are seeking a 3rd of 4th year Apprentice Plumber to join our team with aspirations to write Red Seal, eventual responsibility of company van and apprentice.

Must be able to immediately effectively communicate with sub trades, contractors, and clients. Must be able to pipe small drainage systems, install shower valves, and independently complete some tasks. Must be able to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Tasks**: design and pipe drainage and venting systems with instruction, small heating jobs, install hot water heaters, service heating systems, troubleshoot and perform service calls independently.

**Skills**:

- Successful completion of B or C block Plumbing at NSCC (or equivalent) to qualify as a 3rd of 4th year apprentice
- Driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs+
- Safety Oriented
- Strong work ethic/ takes pride in work
- Reliable and honest
- Proven initiative and problem solving skills
- Able to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must work well independently and as part of a team

**APPLY**:
Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
