Your success is our success, and together, we'll achieve great things. **About the Branch/Office** The Business Modernization and Digital Delivery Branch develops and guides business modernization and digital strategies, solutions and ongoing improvement plans to optimize service delivery and effectively response to new and changing program needs. The branch is also a centre of excellence for client experience, lean and business re-engineering, operational policy and deployment and change management.
