**_Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for a permanent full-time (40 hours/week) Residential Service Coordinator II in Red Deer._**

**Job Summary**:
As a coach and mentor to a dedicated team of Community Disability Workers in a residential program, you set the example of high quality, client-focused care. Working with persons with complex needs, you will develop solid working relationships with guardians, staff, Agency leadership and community stakeholders. Your attention to detail shows in your strong program planning and communication style, which ensures that the team is providing the best care possible while maintaining a high standard of administrative excellence. Over your career, you have developed expertise in behavioral supports, crisis response, medical and/or personal care.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A Diploma/Degree in Human Services (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral needs
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Valid First Aid and CPR is considered an asset
- Vulnerable Record Check
- Child Intervention Record Check
- Clear and current driver's abstract
- A vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license - requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle
- Proof of vehicle insurance showing $2 million liability coverage
- Knowledge of and experience working with individuals who have past trauma, verbal and physical aggression, mental health concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorder, FASD is an asset.

- The compensation for this position is **$22.52 to $25.34** per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
