About the role:
We are currently onboarding Field Sales Leaders with a strong background in direct sales and team leadership to represent major telecom brands such as Rogers. This opportunity is structured as an independent partnership, allowing you to operate through your own registered business, corporation, or as a self-employed contractor. You will also have the opportunity to establish and operate your own office as you scale your field sales operation, while receiving full operational support, recruitment enablement, and performance management resources from our organization.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Lead from the front by actively selling in the field and consistently achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Coach, train, and develop sales representatives through hands-on shadowing and in-field mentorship.
- Recruit and grow your sales team, building a high-performance field operation.
- Prepare your team members for advancement into leadership, management, and ownership roles.
- Establish operational processes and sales standards to drive scalability and long-term performance.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and accountability in all field activities.
