Assistant Manager

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**: Assist in managing daily park operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and overall facility readiness.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest concerns, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to uphold company standards.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols, monitor equipment functionality, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Event & Program Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing birthday parties, group events, and special programs to enhance guest engagement.
- **Financial Support**: Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and assist with inventory management.
- **Marketing & Community Engagement**: Support promotional efforts, partnerships, and social media initiatives to drive customer traffic.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise, whether operational, customer-related, or team-based.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, customer service, or recreation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards for children’s play facilities is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
