**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Measure and cut fabric and other materials according to specifications.
- Assemble and build upholstered furniture using hand tools and power tools.
- Repair damaged upholstery by replacing or fixing components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly and transportation of products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upholsterer or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with carpentry skills is a plus.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
