**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly experienced **Upholstery Cutter** to join our production team. This role requires deep technical knowledge and craftsmanship. You’ll be expected to cut fabric and leather directly from furniture—no pre-made templates—and work with a wide range of têxtiles, accounting for nap, stretch, and 4-way pattern matching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately cut fabric and leather pieces directly from furniture, based on construction and design (no pre-made templates)
- Ensure precise 4-way pattern matching and nap direction alignment
- Assess each fabric’s characteristics (stretch, pattern repeat, texture) to determine the best cutting approach
- Collaborate closely with seamstresses and upholsterers to ensure clarity and alignment on how each piece should be assembled
- Maximize material efficiency without compromising quality
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-focused workspace

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years of hands-on upholstery cutting experience**:

- Expertise in cutting without templates and working from finished furniture
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, nap direction, and match techniques
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and self-directed
- Strong communicator and team player

Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour
