**Position**: Faculty - Policing and Corrections Foundation (PCF)

**Type**: Full-Time

**Courses**: Correctional Operations & Understanding Crimes in Canada

Do you have a strong background in corrections and a desire to make a real impact? We're looking for a dedicated instructor to bring our Policing and Corrections Foundation (PCF) program to life. In this role, you’ll share practical insights, build student confidence, and help future professionals navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative instruction to PCF students **Track and support student progress through regular feedback and evaluations** Maintain accurate records and attendance as per institutional policy **Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative initiatives** Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of course content

What You Bring
- Graduation from a recognized Policing and Corrections Foundation program, or a related post-secondary program **Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Corrections Officer** Previous teaching or training experience (an asset) **Strong team player with a collaborative mindset** A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others **A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth** Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (an asset)
