We are actively recruiting **FULL-TIME **Security Guards to work in a variety of exciting sites all across Ontario**.**

**Required skills & Qualifications**:

- Must hold a valid Security Guard license issued by the Private Securities & Investigative Services Act
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stairs
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of common security policies and various related Acts, Codes, WHMIS
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills; including conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making, situational assessment and communication skills
- Parking enforcement, if required
- Previous security/concierge experience preferred

Must be willing to travel to Markham; additional fare required to travel to York Region**
- Available to work overnights
- Vehicle is considered an asset
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
**Responsibilities include**:

- Be visible to public as they enter the premises
- Acknowledge customers as they enter and exit the store
- Strong interpersonal communication; good command of English language
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, contractors and visitors of client's property
- Perform routine property patrols and respond to Fire alarms
- Detect, challenge and displace unwanted people
- Promote safety and adhere to client site emergency procedures
Recording and maintaining log books of daily activities
- Follow up with daily documentation in your memo book; inputting notes and incident reports as required
