**About the Role**

The Executive Support Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Vice President of Global Technical Services (GTS) in a high-performance environment. This individual will lead coordination efforts while providing executive support to ensure the seamless functioning of GTS initiatives. The role involves strategic planning, communication facilitation, team management, and administrative assistance to drive excellence within the GTS unit.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate meetings, learning sessions, and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with the Vice President to prioritize and align GTS initiatives.
- Update the Vice President on progress, challenges, and propose solutions.
- Foster relationships within GTS and other units to enhance collaboration.
- Liaise between GTS and other NI units to establish project teams.
- Lead administrative staff, provide guidance, and support in line with GTS priorities.
- Facilitate talent acquisition and effective recruitment and onboarding.
- Contribute to the development of internal GTS strategies.

**About you**
- 5 years of experience in senior administrative, executive support & management, or coordination roles in multifunctional teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field required; a master’s degree in business administration, public health, nutrition, international development would be considered assets.
- Proven experience in team leadership, including staff management and talent development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Positive and customer-oriented approach, handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French) or proficiency in a second language is an asset.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
