Holt Executive are currently partnered with a leading **Global Satellite Operator** who provide reliable and secure satellite-delivered voice and high-speed data communications solutions to broadcast, telecommunications, corporate and government customers worldwide. Their Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network will revolutionize global broadband connectivity.

They require a **Configuration Management Specialist** to support the ground-breaking LEO Satellite program, with responsibility to establish and maintain program Configuration Management systems, ensuring all required process steps have been completed before release. The incumbent will coordinate information management, support data analysis, tools management and implementation, and contribute to the overall strategy development and performance evaluation of complex program operations.
- This opportunity offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and occasional travel is anticipated._

**Responsibilities for the Configuration Management Specialist**:

- Document Configuration Management
- Establish and maintain program Configuration Management systems, including the program documents, ensuring all required process steps have been completed before release and documenting released configurations
- Attention to detail with respect to managing hardware and software development environments, and program technical data
- Tasking in this role will include the use of CM tools for configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, configuration verification and audits, product release and delivery and provide solutions to a variety of CM technical challenges.
- Maintain central source of truth on contract data deliveries
- Track CDRL review progress and feedback
- Define/Update Process and Training for documentation management

**Experience required by the Configuration Management Specialist**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Library Information Science/College Degree in Information and Library Technologies related field, or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- 3+ years’ of related experience in Data Management or Configuration Management
- Configuration Management Certification (CM2-Comprehensive or CM2-Professional Certification) (Desirable).
- Experienced and skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel - Intermediate Level (Pivot tables, formulas)
- Being bilingual in English and French is an asset (but not required)
