Responsibilities - as a customer service rep, your responsibilities would include:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders; issues; deviations; problem solving.
- Maintain on-going strong relationships with customer base.
- Liaise with Manufacturing department to co-ordinate delivery dates and communicate same to customers.
- Data entry, including order processing and other daily procedures.
- Associated paperwork for all orders.
- Manage all customer inquiries and provide prompt responses.
- Other customer service duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong computer skills - working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- At least three years (3) of Customer Service experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High level of detail and accuracy while working under specific deadlines.
