**The Opening(s)**
- **Pre-Construction Foreman** - an independent role to ensure the successful preparation of job sites for the installation of fire sprinkler systems. Reporting directly to the Field Superintendent, this position has plenty of room for growth, a fast-paced environment and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders - both within EFP, and externally.

**Areas of Accountability**
- Install sleeves and cans for fire sprinkler penetrations through concrete and block walls.
- Prepare job sites for fire sprinkler installation, ensuring optimal conditions for project execution.
- Stay current and review job site pour schedules, adapting as needed.
- Liaise with design team to prepare sleeving drawings, aligning with site concrete schedules.
- Maintain contact and coordinate with general contractors and various sub-trades on each job site.
- Coordinate with our fabrication shop manager and designer to arrange pre-fabricated pipe delivery.
- Pre-load materials & pipes in active construction sites with the use of the site crane.
- Coordinate dates, crane time & locations for the delivery of materials.
- Actively manage future jobs until we begin full-time installation.
- Assist with stocklisting, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**The Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years reading and interpreting construction drawings
- 3+ years of canning and sleeving

**The Hours of Work**
- Full-Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
