This can be an onsite position at our office in Vernon, BC or you can save money on gas by working remotely from your home. For those who work remotely, they must have a quiet and distraction-free working space with an internet connection speed of at least 50 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up. Computer equipment will be provided for all workers.**What do you gain by working at SQM?**-
**We Offer**:

- Day shift schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full-time schedules
- Work from home or work in the office
- Wages from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour with a starting wage of $17.50/hour
- Monthly performance bonuses of up to $350 available
- Potential annual increases of $0.50/hour based on performance
- Extended health insurance and benefits
- Vacation earned on a weekly basis which can be taken after a 90-day probation

**Qualifications**:

- Computer knowledge and not intimidated by technology
- 1 to 3 years of general working experience
- High school or equivalent education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to follow SQM standards, scripts, and verbal instructions
- Accurate documentation skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication with a professional telephone manner
- Demonstrate good judgment
- Accept repetitiveness of job
