**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in financial management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to account management.
- Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate account analysis and reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
