**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Drive initiatives to increase membership numbers, aiming to reach 400 members by 2025.

**2. Member Growth and Retention**:

- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new members.
- Implement personalized follow-up strategies for free trial participants to boost conversion rates.
- Utilize Perkville to create engaging loyalty programs that reward member retention and referrals.

**3. Instructor and Staff Development**:

- Establish training and mentorship programs for new instructors and physiotherapists.
- Encourage continuous professional development through workshops and certifications.

**4. Customer Experience Enhancement**:

- Update class schedules and offerings based on member feedback and fitness trends.
- Ensure the studio environment remains welcoming and inclusive, with a focus on luxury and comfort.
- Personalize member interactions to build strong relationships and community within the studio.

**5. Operational Excellence**:

- Streamline booking and payment processes to enhance customer convenience.
- Maintain the studio’s state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

**6. Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement**:

- Develop partnerships with local health professionals and wellness businesses.
- Engage with the community through events, workshops, and collaborations.

**7. Digital and Social Media Strategy**:

- Enhance social media presence with regular, high-quality content.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

**8. Financial Management**:

- Monitor financial performance and adjust pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Explore additional revenue streams such as merchandise sales or online classes.

**9. Innovation and Growth**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
- Explore opportunities for expanding services or opening additional locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
