Responsibilities:

- Support Client Services Managers with aspects of lottery program delivery
- Support Client Service Managers with client correspondence, including presentations, recommendations, reports, and approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve lottery objectives
- Prepare and review lottery operational schedules and track progress
- Coordinate the procurement and administrative processes for prize selection
- Coordinate lottery operations including showhome/kiosk sales operations
- Monitor lottery ticket sales, track and report on variances and purchaser trends
- Ensure quality control when completing all tasks
- Attend key events including launches, draws, media promotions, and client fundraisers
- Other responsibilities, as required**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in account coordination or equivalent, project management experience will also be considered
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- This role will require travel approximately 40% of the time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
