**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Creating invoices, sales orders, processing payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Assist in managing e-commerce orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery of floral products.
- Support sales efforts by promoting floral arrangements and related products to customers.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the shop.
- Manage deliveries on daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or floral environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers.
- Sales experience is a plus; ability to sell products and promote services confidently.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Weekends availability a must.
- A passion for flowers and an understanding of floral arrangements is preferred but not required.
- **Quickbooks - Essential**:

- **Able to handle pressure and work efficiently and multitask in high volume retail store**
