**Job Title**: Bilingual NCC Operator
**Position**:Full time
**Salary**: $23.00 / hr
**Schedule**: Sunday - Saturday
**Shift**: Various
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle the dispatching process end to end for all alarm response, ad hoc patrols and ad hoc mobile services, that are received in the NCC.
- Act as the liaison between the various monitoring stations and the front line mobile patrol team.
- Interact with all subcontractors as need with respect to mobile services dispatches and ad hoc coverage requests.
- Intake and route all incoming ad hoc coverage requests.
- Responsible for the intake and reporting of all calls that are received on specific customer after hours lines.
- Respond to and handle all alarms generated on the client's remote video monitoring (RVM) units.
- Handle all general incoming phone calls.
- Issue critical incident notifications upon receipt of a report of such incidents.
**Skills Required**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based computers and peripheral equipment, Outllook, Word and Excel
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person
- Fluent in both French and English languages with the capability to read, write and effectively communication in both languages
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers and perform multiple tasks in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, take initiative and follow through with requests and details
- Previous experience in a communicates or dispatch role is preferred but not essential
