Located at Yonge and Eglinton, this culinary venture features modern North American style menu focused on delivering a consistently satisfying client experience. With limited menu options based on non restrictive diets, execution and consistency will be at the core of the kitchen mantra.

We’re looking for someone who could work with minimum supervision, and a “hands on” experienced cook to grow with us in this venture.

Open Monday-Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm. Most busy during the weekends. Must be able to work weekends.

We host private events on some Fridays & Saturday Evenings, must be available to work

You will be **Responsible**for all duties associated with the operation of a professional kitchen including but not limited to:

- Setting up a workstation.
- Provide directions and organize workload for the line cooks in the kitchen
- Understand priorities and able to multi-task in the kitchen
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, follow recipes and presentation specifications. Quality and Consistency is key.
- Inventory checks
- Cleaning and clearing of workstations as you go, practicing good safety and sanitation
- Scheduled kitchen deep cleans.

**Qualifications**:

- Two year or more of hands on cooking experience.
- Responsible, punctual, reliable, well organized and clean
- Takes pride in your work

**Compensation**:

- Extended health and dental benefit available for full time position after 3 months probation.
- tip pay out avg ($4-$6/ hour)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
