Nous recherchons un formateur dynamique pour dispenser des formations professionnelles sur les drones grand public, en mettant l’accent sur les modèles utilisés pour la photographie aérienne et les vols récréatifs. Vous serez chargé(e) d’éduquer les détaillants, les consommateurs et les partenaires sur l’utilisation correcte, sécuritaire et efficace de la technologie des drones à travers le Canada.
Responsabilités principales
- Élaborer et animer des sessions de formation engageantes (en ligne et en présentiel) sur les produits de drones grand public.
- Adapter le contenu de formation en fonction du public, notamment le personnel de vente et les utilisateurs finaux.
- Réaliser des démonstrations en direct et des formations pratiques de vol afin d’assurer la maîtrise du pilotage, des fonctions intelligentes, des techniques de prise de vue et de l’entretien de base.
- Informer les utilisateurs sur la réglementation canadienne en matière de drones (ex. : règles de Transports Canada) pour garantir un vol sécuritaire et légal.
- Recueillir et analyser les retours des sessions de formation afin d’améliorer la qualité des contenus et l’expérience utilisateur.
- Participer à des événements marketing, salons professionnels et démonstrations publiques pour présenter les produits.
- Faire le lien entre les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes produit afin de transmettre les préoccupations des clients et leurs suggestions d’amélioration.
Exigences
Qualifications de base
- Diplôme universitaire de niveau baccalauréat ou supérieur, de préférence en aérospatiale, électronique, informatique, éducation ou production médiatique.
- Expérience préalable dans l’industrie des drones, l’électronique grand public, la formation technique ou l’enseignement souhaitée.
- Solide connaissance des drones grand public, y compris les modèles portables, miniatures, FPV et ceux dédiés à la prise de vues.
- Certification RPAS (systèmes d’aéronefs télépilotés) de base ou avancée au Canada, un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes en présentation et en enseignement, avec la capacité à expliquer clairement les fonctionnalités des produits et les pratiques sécuritaires.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit ; le français est un atout.
- Volonté de voyager à travers le Canada pour donner des formations.
Qualifications souhaitées
- Connaissances en photographie et vidéographie aériennes, incluant le cadrage, l’exposition et les étapes de post-production.
- Familiarité avec les classifications de l’espace aérien canadien et capacité à interpréter les NOTAM et les cartes aéronautiques.
- Expérience de formation en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques liés au matériel et aux logiciels de drones.
- Passion pour les technologies émergentes, l’aviation et la photo/vidéo.
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to provide professional training on consumer drones, focusing on models used for aerial photography and recreational flying. You will be responsible for educating retailers, consumers, and partners on the correct, safe, and effective use of drone technology across Canada.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (online and in-person) on consumer drone products.
- Customize training materials based on the audience, including retail staff and end users.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and hands-on flight training to ensure users master drone operation, smart features, shooting techniques, and basic maintenance.
- Educate users on Canada’s drone regulations (e.g., Transport Canada rules) to ensure safe and legal flying.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve training quality and enhance user experience.
- Support product showcases at marketing events, trade shows, and public demonstrations.
- Act as a feedback bridge between end users and product teams to relay customer concerns and improvement suggestions.
**Requirements**:
- Basic Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, Education, or Media Production.
- Prior experience in the drone industry, consumer electronics, technical training, or education is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of consumer drones, including portable, mini, FPV, and camera drone types.
- RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) certification (Basic/Advanced) in Canada is a plus.
- Excellent public speaking and teaching abilities, with a knack for clearly explaining product features and safe operation.
- Strong English communication skills; French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions across cities in Canada.
- Preferred Qualifications_
- Hands-on experience flying various drone models and using drone control and simulation apps.
- Knowledge of aerial photography, videography, and editing, especially for training material creation.
