NOTES:
- Work 2-3 days per week in their main office (on average) and the rest of the time at home.
- Hours per week - 37.5hrs/week
- Hold weekly virtual training sessions for newly hired small business agents (Monday through Friday).
- The contact may also be called upon to create simple job aids and provide relevant feedback on training content as needed.
Primary Duties
- Manage all logistics related to training activities and events
- Facilitate virtual training sessions (EN &FR) Maintain current knowledge of small business products and services, systems and processes on an ongoing basis.
- The contractor will be evaluated based on a new hire satisfaction survey.
- Evaluation of leader/peer to peer observation - overall average score of 90% and above.
- Maintain and improve performance based on leader and/or peer feedback.
Core Competencies
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult audiences, clearly present content to meet learning objectives.
- Customer oriented, creative in problem solving and able to work independently to solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must speak French, English is recommended
Previous sales experience is ideal
