Quolus Construction is currently in search of skilled professionals to join our team as Detailers (also known as deficiency carpenters). As a Detailer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that newly constructed homes meet our high standards of quality, presenting a flawless finish for homeowners to enjoy. We are looking for individuals with a solid background in construction who thrive in a dynamic work environment and are adept at handling diverse tasks.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including:

- Patch / Sand / Paint / Caulking / Silicone
- Mechanical aptitude
- Read detail drawings
- Independently detail units from top to bottom per site schedule
- Appliance installation
- Lead qualities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in deficiency work within multi-residential construction
- Commitment to full-time employment
- Keen attention to detail, exceptional multitasking abilities, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision
- Ownership of personal tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Possession of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Comprehensive knowledge of site operations and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
