Job Description

Responsibilities-
- Act as on-site program representative, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.- Install water and energy-saving devices (training provided).- Accurate data entry.- Deliver excellent customer service.- Contribute to team goals and recycling efforts.

Performance Metrics to be utilized - Implementation Success:
- Efficient communication and documentation.- Timely, accurate installations.- Customer satisfaction based on post-installation surveys.

Requirements:
- Self-motivated and proactive.- Strong problem-solving skills on site.- Excellent time management and organization.- Strong written and verbal communication.- Dedicated to outstanding customer service.- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.- High School diploma or equivalent.- Criminal background check required.- Fluent in English.
