Ecofitt, a CLEAResult company, is a demand-side energy and water conservation-focused manufacturer, wholesaler, supplier and administrator of products and programs. Ecofitt primarily works with utilities, provincial efficiency agencies, NGO’s, industrial, commercial and institutional organizations across North America.
In Manitoba, we work closely with Efficiency Manitoba to deliver the Home Energy Install Program and In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program to residential homes and suites in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

This position requires a self-starting individual with the ability to manage time and installation, while assisting homeowners and Property Managers through the Home Energy Install Program and In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program. As a Residential Technician you are responsible to install the free water and energy saving measures provided in the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation according to program requirements
- Proper Installation of water and energy saving devices (training will be provided)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately track and document installations

Qualifications:

- A proven self-starter who is highly motivated and willing to build new relationships is an asset
- Ability to problem solve while on site
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
- Criminal background check required
- Must speak English

Compensation: this role is a combination of hourly plus commission.
$13.50 / hour + $5 incentive per suite (4+ suites per hour is typical)
Average total compensation: $32 / hour

Pay: $13.50 per hour
