Quality Control Inspector

**Job Duties**
- Read and understand drawings and specifications
- Inspect, test or measure materials or products ready for shipment or products being produced
- Ensure all quality checks have been completed through our manufacturing process
- Monitor operations to ensure adherence to production standards
- Recommend process adjustments to improve quality
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize processes
- Report activities and issues to management
- Support production functions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility and availability for shift work & OT as required
- Other duties as assigned
