**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate various types of cranes, including boom trucks, to lift and move heavy materials.
- Rig loads securely and safely according to industry standards.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators to coordinate movements.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction during operations.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to minimize risks on site.
- Assist in training new operators as needed, sharing knowledge on equipment handling and safety practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating cranes or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance.
- Ability to rig loads properly for safe lifting and movement.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- A valid crane operator certification or license is required.

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
