- Conveyancing & Family Team

Schnell Hardy Jones LLP is excited to announce the openings for two Legal Assistants to join our Conveyancing and Family Team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for passionate individuals who have:

- Completed the Legal Assistant Diploma Program.
- A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience working in a law firm, specializing in Conveyancing or Family law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer and typing skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and impeccable proofreading and grammar abilities.
- The ability to multitask, work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism while handling highly confidential materials.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Considered an Asset**
- Familiarity with Conveyancing software.
- Working knowledge of the Kings Bench Digital Filing Service.
