A day in the life starts in the office at 10 am for a sales meeting, follow up, training etc..

Our team of appointment setters keep you busy with 3-5 appointments per day, you'll head to your first appointment by noon to meet with the customer in their home.

Back to back appointments means you'll need to be diligent with your time, and extremely focused.

With a hefty pay structure that let's you earn **multiple** **6 figures**, this is the position you've been looking for

**What you'll do**
- ** Consultative Selling**:Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs, provide customized recommendations for solar solutions, and address any concerns or objections.**Sales Presentations**:Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.**Business Developmen**t: Sales Consultants are expected to actively seek out and generate their own leads through personal marketing efforts in addition to the appointments set by the Door-to-Door (D2D) Appointment Setters. While support from the D2D team is provided, it is essential for Sales Consultants to be proactive in creating and pursuing their own business opportunities to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients**Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers to secure commitments for solar installations.**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.**Pipeline Management**:Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.-
**Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to solar energy to effectively position products and services in the market.**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team, design department, and management to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent deal closing ability.- Strong ability to manage deals and follow up with customers while properly using CRM.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strong customer service
