**Connect Solar** is expanding — and we’re looking for elite solar sales closers ready to take their income and career to the next level. This is a **hybrid opportunity** combining targeted door-to-door prospecting with qualified, company-generated online leads you can close remotely. Our top reps have an opportunity to move into a 100% remote closing role.

If you’ve got a track record of **closing high-ticket deals**, thrive in both face-to-face and virtual sales environments, and are hungry to grow into a leadership role — we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through targeted **door-to-door prospecting** in assigned territories
- Set appointments with qualified homeowners for solar consultations
- Conduct in-home and virtual solar presentations, educating customers on the benefits of solar
- Guide potential customers through the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to signed contract
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a professional representation of Connect Solar at all times
- Collaborate with our internal team to coordinate proposals and customer handoffs
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and company sales processes

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience closing high-ticket sales in solar
- Strong communicator — confident presenting in-person and remote
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with both door-to-door prospecting and remote follow-up
- Desire to grow into a leadership or management role over time
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own schedule effectively

Pay: $2,500.00-$12,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
