Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field
- Updated Liability Insurance
- Registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, or BC College of Social Workers
- Certification (or in progress) in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapies
- Strong communication skills, personability, and clear professional boundaries
- Demonstrated experience working with trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational issues
- **An additional specialty in ADHD, eating disorders/body image, or perinatal mental health is considered an asset**:

- Commitment to personal wellness and a balanced life outside work
- **Must have Wednesday and Friday availability for in-person sessions (with flexibility for additional evenings/weekends as needed)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic approaches
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and maintain client records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure holistic client care
- Uphold the practice’s values of curiosity, authenticity, balance, and transparency
- Engage in supervision and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Job Details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 90.00-110.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Minimum 8 hours/week
