Required Qualifications

  • Master's in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field
  • Current liability insurance
  • Registration with BCACC, CCPA, or BCCSW
  • Certification (or in progress) in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapies
  • Strong communication skills and healthy professional boundaries
  • Experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational issues
  • Training or demonstrated experience supporting neurodivergent clients (ADHD and/or Autism)
  • Commitment to personal wellness and balance outside the therapy room
  • Wednesday + Friday in-person availability required (with optional evenings/weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapies (EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic approaches etc)
  • Offer skilled and affirming support for neurodivergent clients (ADHD/Autism)
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to offer holistic, integrated client care
  • Embody the clinic's values of authenticity, curiosity, balance, and transparency
  • Participate in supervision/consultation and contribute to a positive workplace culture
