- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook special meals for customers
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Assist in developing the sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Be a positive role model for the employees within your area of responsibility
- Maintain a neat, clean, organized, efficient work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; react quickly to keep the customer informed of the fastest possible manner while maintaining high standards of service
- Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts to meet job requirements
- Ability to work under pressure; maintain composure in stressful situations; maintain professional demeanor at all times; remain calm, composed, focused, and professional during times of pressure
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

- Weekends as needed

- Chilliwack, BC V2R 0K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary School (preferred)
