**Position Profile**
- Enter, manage, and close quotes and orders with impeccable accuracy.
- Provide exceptional service and communication, with a focus on delighting customers.
- Build incredible relationships with customers, including outside sales partners, distributors, retailers, builders etc.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience _
- 1-3 years’ experience of order management / inside sales
- 3+ years’ experience in providing **exceptional** customer service.
- Experience in building products is considered an asset.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities _
- Team first mindset, with the will and desire to build great relationships with peers.
- Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, driven, and curious to learn and grow.

*Note: This is not a remote position. This position will be out of our head office in Chilliwack, BC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
