Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing students' current academic level in French and preparing individualized lesson plans based on the Ontario curriculum and IEP (when applicable).
- Teaching spoken and written French, as well as comprehension, to up to 3 students Grades 1 to 12, and Core and Immersion French, in a small group setting based on the Ontario curriculum.
- Preparing and marking weekly French homework assignments.
- Maintaining an attendance sheet to keep track of student attendance.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress based on AECS standards and prepared procedures.
- Preparing students for upcoming French tests and exams.
- Must be willing to travel to the students' homes.

Qualifications:

- OCT Certification is an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience tutoring/teaching French based on the Ontario curriculum
- Able to work independently
- Access to a vehicle is an asset

Rate:
$25.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on credentials and performance, plus bonuses.
