**Primary Function**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Warehouse Operations Support**
- Receive, unload, and store incoming products safely and efficiently.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products as needed.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing slips and instructions.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

**2. Inventory Control Assistance**
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts.
- Report stock shortages, damaged, or misplaced products to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Help ensure accurate labeling and tracking of products.

**3. Equipment Maintenance and Safety**
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.

**4. Team and Communication Support**
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
- Support other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar operational role preferred.
- Familiarity with basic inventory systems is an asset.

**Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: $16.52-$18.00 per hour
