Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Saint St Grill. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items, ensuring consistency and high standards of taste and presentation
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure efficiency and adherence to recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in food handling, preparation, and service techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Knowledge of current trends in the food industry

Pay: $45,388.79-$55,000.00 per year
